Bernann McKinney is the ecstatic owner of five puppies cloned from her late pit bull Booger, who saved her when she was attacked by another dog and became her lifeline during an arduous recovery: "God knew I would be lost without him, so he sent me some more."

- Obviously, you didn't read my post. I showed nothing but respect for Ms. Sherrod and feel, as you do, that she is a victim in this situation. My assertion was that she was not the target of Andrew's piece, but the NAACP.

- This is exactly what the Dems and Obama were counting on. Americans have a short attention span and would forget the illegal, or unethical, measures which the Dems used to pass this bill. I truly believe this poll doesn't show as much more support for the bill, as much as it shows less opposition.

- I am amazed that even after a month of scrutiny, how this law is still mis-characterized by the media. Even this article states "The law grants authorities the right to stop anyone they suspect of being an undocumented immigrant", which is blatantly untrue.
